Right of withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer, you may withdraw from an online purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of delivery of the product, subject to the exceptions provided by law. If the products in the same order are delivered separately, the period runs from delivery of the last product.

Withdrawal due to a change of mind does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. Full Custom kits made according to your requests and kits on which the personalized name you provided is printed cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind. Printing carried out after the order alone does not automatically exclude other catalogue items from the right of withdrawal.

To exercise the right of withdrawal where applicable, send us an explicit communication to info@zetagraphics.it within the specified period, stating the order number. After notifying us of your decision, return the product within 14 days to:

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the product if you were informed of this before purchase, unless otherwise agreed with Zeta Graphics. You are liable only for any decrease in value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Refund in the event of withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the payments received, including any costs of standard initial delivery, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the withdrawal notification. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery available will not be refunded.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed. We may suspend the refund until we have received the returned product or proof of its shipment, whichever occurs first.

Defective or non-conforming products

The right of withdrawal and the statutory guarantee of conformity are distinct. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal for Full Custom kits and kits with a personalized name does not limit your rights if the product is defective or does not conform to the order.

In these cases, write to info@zetagraphics.it, stating the order number and describing the problem. If possible, attach some photographs. We will provide you with instructions for handling the matter in accordance with the applicable legislation.
